Your records, neatly labelled and ready when family needs them.
We work alongside individuals and households in Kuching to bring quiet order to personal documents — folders labelled, binders assembled, nothing left to guesswork.
Three ways to bring order to your records
Each session stays within educational and administrative scope. We organise, label, and document — we do not comment on entitlement or income matters.

- In-person or video call format
- Printed labelling guide included
- Folder tab set to take home
- Administrative scope only
Household Records Workshop
A workshop for household members to align on where records live, how they are labelled, and how anyone in the family can locate them. Participants leave with a household reference summary and a labelled binder.
- Whole-household participation
- Reference summary handout
- Labelled household binder
- Practical, hands-on format
Retirement Records Programme

Steady, unhurried, and thorough
Methodical Approach
Each session follows a structured process that moves through categories in a logical order — nothing gets skipped, nothing piles up.
Family-Centred Design
We build binders and summaries that any family member can read and follow — not just the person who started the project.
Bounded Scope
We work strictly within educational and administrative scope. We do not comment on entitlement, pension, or income matters.
Kuching-Based
Sessions are available in person at our Jalan Padungan office or by video call — no need to travel outside Sarawak for specialist administrative support.
Tangible Outputs
Every session ends with something physical — a printed guide, a labelled binder, or a handbook — so the work done does not disappear when the session closes.
Your Pace
Longer programmes move at whatever speed suits you. There is no pressure to complete sessions quickly — thoroughness matters more than speed.
Is your household prepared to find what it needs?
A single conversation with us often clarifies more than years of meaning to sort things out. Reach out and we will describe what a session looks like for your situation.
Frequently asked
What exactly happens during a Records Visit?
A Records Visit is a focused companion session — in person at your home or office in Kuching, or via video call — during which we walk through the basics of sorting personal records into clearly labelled folders. You receive a printed labelling guide and a set of folder tabs to continue the work yourself afterwards.
Can you give advice on what to do with my EPF or pension?
No. Penserve works within administrative and educational scope only. We help you locate, label, and organise documents — we do not offer opinions on entitlement, pension access, or income matters. For those questions, a licensed financial planner or the relevant authority is the right contact.
How many sessions does the Retirement Records Programme involve?
The programme typically runs across three to five meetings, each lasting one to two hours. The number depends on the size of your household records and your preferred pace. There is no fixed timeline — you decide how quickly or slowly to proceed.
Who is the Household Records Workshop suitable for?
It is designed for two or more members of the same household — typically a couple approaching retirement, or adult children who want to be part of organising a parent's records. The goal is to ensure everyone knows where things are, not just one person.
Are sessions available outside Kuching?
In-person sessions are based in Kuching and the surrounding area in Sarawak. Video call sessions are available to participants elsewhere in Malaysia. Contact us to discuss your location and we can advise on the most practical format.
Is the information shared during sessions kept private?
Yes. What you share with us during a session is treated with discretion and is not passed to third parties. Our Privacy Policy, available on this website, sets out how we handle personal information collected through this site and through our work.
